Yarden Chardonnay Galilee. Produced and bottled by Golan Heights Winery, Golan. By combining old traditions and new technology have proven very successful in producing the finest medal-winning wines. This wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Galilee area. The wine has been aged for seven months in French oak barrels, half of which were new. It is an elegant wine with a light color, delicate scent of lime, ripe pear and peach, rich and fresh flavor of ripe fruit and toasted nuts with a hint of oak and vanilla and a gentle and pleasant aftertaste. This harmonious wine is particularly suitable with fish, poultry, soups and salads. It can be enjoyed now and over the next few years.
