All the grapes are carefully selected and harvested in the Vouvray region from vineyards planted on limestone and chalky soils. The combination of the exceptional terroir and temperate climate from the Loire produce diverse types of Chenin blanc: dry, medium-dry, sweet and sparkling wines. This Vouvray is a medium-dry white with a soft sweetness and subtle minerality. Bright gold colour. Richly fragrant with hints of ripe pear, honey and brioche. Subtle, harmonious and delicately sweet. Flavors of honey, pear and apple. Served chilled, this wine is delicious with nuts, foie gras, fish dishes and fresh-fruits desserts.
