We've been crafting our Orcadian single malt whisky at Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney since 1798. We're not just from here: we're part of the landscape. Our ethos has been shaped by the climate of our island home, and we make whisky in our own, unique way, sticking with traditions that many mainlanders put aside. The result is a sweet and rich whisky, bursting with complex aromatics from long maturation in sherry casks combined with a gentle heather honey peat smoke, that is like no other and nowhere else.
