1993–1994: Strategic Growth
In 1993, the company acquired Ostermann Petersen Bros. A/S, further strengthening its position in the market. The following year, in 1994, Peter Justesen moved into a new headquarters at the Copenhagen Freeport, marking a new era of operational capacity and global reach.
2013: A New Chapter
A major transformation took place in 2013, with the relocation of storage facilities to Slagelse and the establishment of new administrative offices at Tuborg Boulevard 5, Hellerup. These changes laid the foundation for a more agile and modern operation.
2019: Logistics Optimization
To further improve its logistics and distribution efficiency, the warehouse was relocated to Poland in 2019, enhancing service to the company’s global customer base.
2021: New Headquarters
In 2021, Peter Justesen Company A/S moved its headquarters to Gribskovvej 2, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, bringing the company closer to the heart of Denmark’s capital and reaffirming its commitment to innovation and growth.
