Sartori Soave DOC Organic. Sartori’s history began in 1898, when Pietro Sartori bought a vineyard and a little cellar in order to supply his hotel with quality wines. This act is being considered to be an establishment of Sartori. This wine has been produced from 70% Garganega and 30% Trebbiano di Soave grapes that have been cultivated organically in the Veneto region. It is an elegant wine with a beautiful colour of straw, a delicate fruity bouquet, a dry, fresh and soft taste as well as a long and tempting aftertaste. This harmonious wine is particularly suitable with fish, seafood, poultry and pasta. To be served cool and enjoyed now when still relatively young.
