Light gold colour. Nose with an interesting and immediate pureness, with aromas of citrus fruit and white peaches. The entry is sharp and ample at the same time. The palate is nicely well balanced. It has a pleasant fat and the finale is lightly peppery, with a nice lingering finish. The blend being mostly Sauvignon, it brings to this wine a sharp and intense lightness. It will be a perfect accompaniment for seafood and salmons, sushis, paellas and sauerkraut dishes. Worth a try on goat cheese. A deliciously ripe wine, this brings together crisp acidity and smooth pineapple and apricot flavors thanks to the Sauvignon Gris and Muscadelle in the blend. The wine is balanced and ready to drink.
