Calvet Reserve Sauvignon Blanc Bordeaux - 100% Sauvignon blanc. Skin-contact maceration in order to lend aromatic power, body and structure. The fermentation is carried out at low temperatures preserves the aromas and freshness. Fermentation at 18°C (100%). A lovely light yellow colour with green highlights. A fresh, elegant nose with floral (acacia, vine flowers), fruity (passion fruit, grapefruit, litchi) aromas. It is a well balanced wine. Its finish is fresh, long, fruity with floral hues of white peach and mandarin peel. Serve at 6 - 8 °C. Perfect accompaniment to shellfish, smoked salmon and grilled fish.
