Sparkling Brut - Blend of white grapes. The grapes are harvested and gently pressed. Goes through a cold settling, then yeasting and finally fermentation at low temperature. Bottle fermentation takes place in pressure tanks for six months. These six months of ageing will give this superior sparkling wine its complexity. A clear, golden body with green highlights. A stream of many fine bubbles. Wonderful persistence. A light, fruity bouquet with white fruit notes and brioche hints. A fresh and fruity palate of fresh fruit, apricots and white peach. Powerful, but well balanced. This wine is elegant and refined. To serve as aperitif or to accompany dishes including scallops, grilled fish and even light dishes such as poultry. Serve at 6 - 8°C.
