A great Shiraz made of grapes from bush vine. It has a beautiful deep red colour, delicate aroma of wild berries, plums and spices. A nice creamy, well-balanced fruit flavour, soft tannins and a long and delicate aftertaste. This most enjoyable wine pairs very well with beef, pasta, barbecue as well as cheeses. Serve between 17º and 19ºC.
