Ron Zacapa Centenario® 23 is a blend of rums distilled from only the sweetest, first-crush virgin sugar cane honey and aged for 6–23 years in a Solera System consisting of barrels which have previously held robust bourbon, delicate sherries and fine Pedro Ximénez wines. Zacapa 23 Solera Gran Reserva was created using the Owner's reserve rums. Smooth nose with mature fruits, spices, nutmeg, cherry, cocoa and liquorice. Full bodied. Warm flavour with smoke, vanilla and cocoa notes. Very intense and balanced.
